When Yehuda Cohen was asked what drove him to offer such exemplary service and kashrut at Kosher Corner,  he responded, “I was raised to believe that one’s purpose in this world is to help and protect others.” This was reinforced in the Israeli Defense Force (IDF) where he was a decorated commando paratrooper who fought for the survival of Israel to beat the Syrian Army in the Golan Heights.

“My mission of protecting Klal Yisrael during my years of service in the IDF is now transformed into the mission of helping the community keep the utmost kashrut to protect our spiritual well-being,” he continued.

Kosher Corner is the only supermarket where even the non-Jewish workers know more about Yashan and Cholov Yisrael than many observant patrons.

They are open Monday and Tuesday from 7 am to 8 pm, Wednesday and Thursday from 7 am to 10 pm, Friday, 7 am to an hour and a half before the Sabbath, and Sunday from 8 am to 8 pm. For the Passover season, they will have extended hours, staying open until  midnight.
