Your senses are in for a treat when you enter Prime Bistro restaurant. The aromas that greet you are heavenly, instantly making you want to order everything on the menu. The dcor is sophisticated and beautiful. The elegantly set tables and striking mahogany bar make the restaurant feel like an upscale Manhattan eatery. Yet, you will never have to deal with city traffic to get there. Prime Bistro is conveniently located at 305 Central Avenue in Lawrence, right off the Belt Parkway.
The food and service at this restaurant are both outstanding. There is an amazing variety of glatt kosher foods to choose from, all under the strict certification of Vaad Harabanim of the Five Towns. The French cuisine, steaks, chops, lamb, seafood and chicken dishes are all so good; the only problem you may have is deciding what to order.
Before you order your entre, youll want to try one of their famous appetizers, which include a Peking duck spring roll with hoisen glaze, and Tex-Mex chicken wontons with tomato salsa, guacamole and chipotle aioli sauce. Share them with your family and friends or order one just for yourself, theyre so good you may not want to share!
Other delicious appetizers include Thai style chicken satay served with a peanut sauce and sweet and spicy cucumber, and homemade lamb sausage served with golden raisin and vegetable couscous. We suggest that you order them all and try a little of everything.
After the appetizers, its time for the steak. We suggest the prime dry aged Delmonico steak, which is out of this world and the exquisite Prime Rib. All steaks are aged to perfection. Of course, there are many other outstanding options for those who would rather order chicken or fish, including Chilean sea bass with miso glaze and Caribbean spiced red snapper served with pineapple and a sweet pepper sauce. The rack of lamb is sensational, as are the chicken schnitzel and roasted duck.
If you can save room for dessert, youll be glad you did. Not only are their desserts yummy, their presentation is spectacular as well.
During your dining experience, youll be impressed with the waiters and waitresses. They are so attentive, theyre aware of your every need, even before you are.
