With much determination, the Magen David Yeshivah graduation committee, along with the 8th grade students, recently held a successful bake sale and Chinese Auction. Many parents and students came and showed their support.
The idea for a bake sale was presented at the first graduation meeting, and it was held within a week and a half. A kid’s auction was created, and prizes were donated in matter of days.
Much of the credit goes to the students themselves, whose energy and dedication made the bake sale a true success. The children sold split the pot raffles, baked desserts, designed Chinese auction boxes and most importantly supported this fundraiser with much excitement.
Magen David Yeshivah would like to thank the many sponsors, bakers, and the graduation committee who put together this nice event in such a short period of time. Special thanks to Viviane and Sam Sitt, for graciously opening up their home.
