Simon Leviov learned the butchering business from his grandfather in Israel. After arriving in New York he established Kings Highway Glatt Meat in 1989. As the years 
progressed his sons, Shy, Ronnie and Victor joined the business, making it a business that has spanned three generations.
âWe deeply care about our customers and are committed to accommodating their personal requests. We offer a friendly family atmosphere, where we take every customer seriously and not for granted. You wonât walk out of our store without being 100% satisfied,â said son Shy Leviov.
Kings Highway Glatt Meat offers many different delicacies. If you havenât come into 
their store on a Thursday or Friday, you have to pay a visit to see the large variety of takeout and mazza. The Leviovâs are known as the Kings of Mazza for a reason. The delicious aroma can be smelled when you enter Kings Highway Glatt Meatâthe delicious mazza still piping hot right out of the oven, reminding you of a shuk in the olden days.
They also offer prime A beef and first cut meat and poultry, marinated pickles, fresh salad, and a large fresh variety of fresh cold cuts. A full barbecue department is available all year round featuring BBQ chickens, sliders, beef kabobs, and

All leftover mazza is donated each Friday to Aishel Shabbat; they prepare packages for families in need, and have donated to many of our communityâs Chinese Auctions and fundraisers.
