Joseph I. Rosenbaum, President of MCRES, said, “We are all very pleased that Bunny is back at MCRES and doing what he does best: closing deals and servicing his extraordinary network of clients.”
Over 35 years of experience buying and selling property for his company’s department stores helped Escava develop a keen understanding of commercial real estate acquisitions. This experience led him to join Madison Title Agency in 2005, where he became responsible for a significant roster of prominent clients. During his time with Madison Title, he handled complex building transactions valued in excess of $375 million. Escava is well-versed in both residential and commercial title insurance, and is known for his extensive follow-up in bringing deals to closing. After a brief hiatus, he has returned to Madison, rejoining the company’s team of top title specialists, which includes Laurie Sasson and Mark Faham.
“This is always a joyful time of year,” said Escava, “and I’m happy to be celebrating among friends and colleagues as we look forward to developing strong and prosperous new ventures.”
Along with his real estate acumen, Escava is known in the community for his tireless efforts in local projects and charitable activities. He spends more than 50% of his time on these activities, and sits on the Board of Directors of the Sephardic Community Center in Brooklyn, has been President of Ahi Ezer Yeshiva for 30 years, and is Director of the Ahi Ezer Senior Citizens Center.
Perfect Timing: MCRES to Exhibit at RECon 2011
“The timing for Mr. Escava’s return could not be better,” added Rosenbaum. “Along with a number of leaders in the company, Mr. Escava will be able to represent Madison at the International Council of Shopping Centers’ (ICSC) RECon show again this year.”
With more than 1,000 exhibitors and 30,000 attendees each year, RECon is the most influential retail real estate convention in the world.
“Roughly 50% of all shopping center deals are initiated or finalized each year,” explained Rosenbaum. “We are pleased Mr. Escava will be among the top-tier title experts at the show.”
In addition to exhibiting at this year’s RECon convention, to be held in Las Vegas from May 22 to 25, MCRES will be presenting two breakfast roundtables for industry professionals on Monday, May 23.
