CommUNITY
“Under One Roof” is more than just a catchy slogan, it’s a philosophy and way of life that captures the very essence of the SCC as a warm and nurturing environment where everyone, young and old, can come together to celebrate and recreate as one unified community.
“The SCC belongs to all of us and we take tremendous interest in the feedback we receive to fine-tune our program with something for everyone.”
— Gladys Haddad, SCC president
Early Childhood
With more than three decades of providing skilled and loving care for our children, the SCC’s Early Childhood Department is quite literally a “home away from home” where children from every corner of our community can come together to play, learn, and grow. In addition to a child-friendly media center, the EC Department is known for its informative parenting workshops and the wonderful Partners in Play program.

Let the SCC take the worry out of planning your child’s next birthday party or Bar/Bat Mitzvah celebration. Simply choose one of the SCC party themes; pool party, sports, gymnastics, baking, inflatables, laser tag, game show, or a “glitzy chick” day of beauty.
Friday, Sundays… And Now, Every Day

In addition to the classics of ballet, gymnastics, and competitive sports, the SCC’s kid offerings have been expanded to include Roller & Ice Hockey, Lego Creations, Fashion Design, Video Game Design, and much, much more.
