Mitzvah Man’s Hanukah Toy Drive

Recently, Mitzvah Man, a hesed networking organization, launched their first annual Mitzvah Man Children’s Hanukah Toy Drive. Mitzvah Man collected over 2,000 brand-new toys for children at hospitals and other organizations.

It was a wonderful opportunity to teach children the importance of Bikur Holim and tzedakah. The drive instilled a sense of normalcy and well-being not only in Jewish children but non-Jewish youths as well. The biggest mitzvah was not the distribution of the toys, but the kiddush Hashem.

Children from all nationalities, backgrounds, and ethnicities received a Hanukah gift. No one was left out, and everyone from parents, nurses, and doctors were amazed.

One head nurse said, “I have never seen anything like this. Not one person in the pediatric and ICU units was left without a smile. There was so much simcha in everyone that day.”

Mitzvah Man has truly preformed the miracle of Hanukah all over again.

Thanks to everyone who helped us make Mitzvah Man Children’s Hanukah Toy Drive more successful then we’d ever imagined. With your support, we fulfilled thousands of wishes on Hanukah. Toys were wrapped, tagged, and delivered with much delight just in time for the holidays.
