Singer/songwriter Julienne Dweck has quietly been taking the New York/New Jersey indie music scene by storm for some time now. Her gigs have been touching audiences’ hearts and minds for the past four years. And yet she has never released any of her material to the wider public. Until now.

Dweck’s debut album On Paper is the culmination of a lifetime’s work of scribbling in journals, trying out lyrics and creating music that is at once understated and powerful; simple and brilliant.

Julienne Dweck will be donating the proceeds from the first 1,000 hard copies of the CD to the American Jewish World Service (www.ajws.com), a charity that helps people around the world suffering from civil unrest, starvation, disease or the effects of natural disasters and which has played a massive part in the relief effort in Haiti.
